My drinking was out of control, and my life was falling apart. Marriage in turmoil, getting fired from a job I loved - you name it, and it was going badly. I had to make a hard decision to enter a 30-day treatment program over Christmas, no less. But it was something I really needed to do. Looking back one year later, it is amazing how quickly things improve when you stop drinking and follow a program. Apart from AA, working with a sponsor, and involving myself in the community, I do use Soberlink 3x/day - it’s just an additional measure of accountability for me that really helps.
