I had struggled in and out of rehab for about three years, trying to get sober. One thing that drew me to Soberlink was I could schedule tests around times I knew I was vulnerable to drinking, and this helped remind me why I was getting sober. Therapy and AA are great tools, but sometimes you need daily accountability, in my case, every few hours. Once I decided to get serious about sobriety, I didn't mind taking a breathalyzer three times a day. I knew I would pass it, and it was another step towards long-term success in staying sober.
